Pictures From the Key West Trip.

In February 2026, the family from Denmark visited Mom in Florida. During that visit, they made a trip to Key West to experience the sights and sounds of The Conch Republic. Here are some pictures and descriptions from that trip.

The place we stayed.

During our brief time in Key West, we stayed at a place called "Stars and Stripes". It was a very nice place, and we had a great time there.

During the time there, the weather was almost perfect, mild temperatures and no clouds. A lot of time was spent on the front porch.

On our first night in town, we went to Sloppy Joe's for dinner. Here we are around the table.

On our last evening, we found our way the Mallory Square for the sunset.

For dinner on the second night, we went to the Conch Republic Seafood Company, where all but Mom from the Danish family gathered around the table.

We had a visitor one afternoon.

One afternoon, a green iguana was sighted outside the pool. Luckily, we got a photo of the guy before he went into the weeds.
