For nearly 25 years, I have been spending holiday time with my local adopted family. This would involve me visiting the homes of different family members for the various "events" of the season. This year was totally different. Patty and I, along with great-grandma Isabelle, drove the 480 miles to Palmetto, GA, near which is the Serenbe community, and the home of Kristie and Kristoffer, and the eight-month old Isabelle. The two videos below capture some of the highlights of the weekend. I was honored to be there.
