Patty and I have been through the Panama Canal a couple of times, always passing through the original locks. The Canal Authority built new locks at both ends that are bigger than the original locks. We wanted to see what the new locks looked like, so we did a cruise on the Caribbean Princess for 10 days down to Panama to have a look.
